Late Jayantibhai was born on 1 sep, 1933 in Uganda of Africa. That was the time when there was no hospital or basic primary facilities available there. He returned to his village Chikhodra (Anand) from Africa at the age of 3 years, he started studying in school at the age of seven and completed his study of metric. At the age of 19, again he had to go to Uganda where he got married to late Jashuben in 1954. He started working hard and established his business of coffee and done export business too. It was going well. During those years, he often visited America and England. But his mother wished him to go back to India
Journey from
Uganda to India
In 1972, during the rule of Idi Amin, people from outside Uganda were sent back to their home country. Late Jayantibhai came home without a single penny in hands. His brothers & sister were settled down in America. After coming back to India he had to start with Zero. He did some small jobs in the beginning.
Laid the foundation of the company and English medium school
In 1961, he started his company ‘Asian Agrico Industries’ with brand name . The company’s products are popular in all the states of India and deeply appreciated by farmers. His education was very limited but he wanted to establish English medium school for middle class students in Bilimora (Gujarat).His dream came true in 2001 and K.B. Patel Montessori school was started, today this school provides education till 12th std – CBSE board, for which he is greatful to B.V.K. mandal.
Such a dedicated true mentor and visionary passed away at the age of 87 (16-02- 2020). Few days before his demise Mr Kailash Patel and Mr Sachin Bedarkar met him, being his business associates and wholesaler partners for central and west India for last two decades. During the conversation Late Jayantibhai mentioned his last wish for working along relentelssely for the brand products & service and serve the Indian farmer. Aligning to Late Jayantibhai last desire ‘United Agro Equipment’ took the responsibility & transferred trademark of brand name and is maintaining the brand name and reputation with full focus in sensing, serving and satisfying Indian farmers with blessings of Late Jyantibhai.
